We are thinking of creating a Parish Recipe Book – both hard copy and on-line. We need simple recipes made up of no more than FOUR ingredients – plus seasoning – and it could be a multi-batch for freezing? You might even consider using slow cookers which are far more efficient than cooking on the hob or in the oven. What about ideas on using left-overs? As well as being a handy resource during the coming difficult time, our Parish Cook Book might be an ideal opportunity to have a fresh look at the way we feed ourselves and share our mealtimes. Send all your wonderful ideas to the parish email address. Will someone please volunteer to help compile the book?
