The Christian Meditation group will meet every first and third Thursday of the month from 7 - 8 PM at Lancashire Martyrs Church Hall. This is an ecumenical group, open to all who are interested in meditating with a simple Christian mantra.
It is part of the World Community for Christian Meditation which was founded by a Benedictine monk, John Main. Each week there will be a short reading and then time to silently meditate, with a short explanation provided for any newcomers.
